We invite you to compare our around-the-clock service to anyone; our price is unbeatable! Our full service pet and house sitting covers 20-24 hours so your pet and home aren't left alone. Food, fresh cool water, medications, play, hugs & kisses, water plants, receive packages, bins to the curb, rotate lighting and more! Each additional dog $15. Each additional cat $10.

It includes a 12-hr overnight stay coupled with two 1-hr daytime visits. Food, water, meds and just like all of our packages...lots of love and cuddles! Each additional dog $15. Each additional cat $10.

We will stay with your pet from evening to morning (12 hours). Your pet is more than welcome to sleep with me. We provide security, comfort, food, cool fresh water, scoop litter box, play, love and snuggles. Each additional dog $15. Each additional cat $10.

30 minutes of time is spent walking and/or visiting with your pet. (Your choice) Your pet walks in their own neighborhood where they are familiar and comfortable. Potty, litterbox, fresh cool water and love. Each additional dog $15. each additional cat $10.

A trained and trusted sitter comes to your hotel or resort and watches your pet* for up to 4 hours. Includes potty, medication, food, fresh cool water, play and love. *Rate includes one cat or dog. Each additional dog $15. Each additional cat $10. Requires Resort or Hotel Approval.

We have an extensive checklist that we complete and provide to you. We make sure that your property is secure and that there are no signs of vandalism, water leaks, etc. No contract. 

Your Inspector is a Certified Firefighter 1 & 2 and has completed the Arizona Department of Public Safety Armed and Unarmed Security Guard Program (not current). Trained in criminal law, use of force, crime scene prevention, fire prevention, hazardous materials, electrical safety, alarm systems, water flow and sprinkler systems, safety hazards, building construction and so much more. You will be provided a copy of our extensive checklist upon completion showing any areas of concern. We reduce the risk of fire, explosion or potentially fatal gas levels! Upon home entry, an air quality test will be performed to check abnormal levels of carbon monoxide, combustible gas leaks like Liquefied Petroleum Gas, natural gas, methane, ethane, propane, butane, coal gas, gas fuel, etc. We inspect common areas of concern including utilities, security and vandalism. We also flush toilets and run water to prevent sewer gas, check utilities, check for infestations or other pest issues and much more. Allow 30-60 minutes for this thorough inspection. No contract!

We will rotate lighting, window shades and bring in packages or other tasks per your request.

Includes everything in the inside/outside home check package, plus give your home a true "around the clock" lived in appearance. During this 20 hour+ stay we will make ourselves visible inside and outside the home, lighting will be rotated, newspapers and packages brought inside, trash bins to and from curb, car moved, etc.
